本研究拟利用MIMIC-III权威、可靠的大数据，应用广义加性模型GAM探寻脓毒症患者最佳血氧饱和度区间。

Objectives of Study：

The Search for Optimal Oxygen Saturation Targets in Sepsis Patients based on MIMIC-III Database

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）一次住院期间重复入住ICU。
2）16岁以下的患者。
3）ICU停留时间少于48小时。
4）合并休克，导致血氧饱和度测量不准确情况。
5）SpO2测量次数<24次。
6）重要数据缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Repeated admission to ICU during one hospitalization;
2) Patients under 16 years old;
3) The ICU-Los less than 48 hours;
4) Combined with shock, resulting in inaccurate measurement of blood oxygen saturation;
5) The number of SpO2 measurements was less than 24;
6) Important data missing.
