研究目的：

评价南京科维思生物科技股份有限公司生产的EGFR基因T790M突变检测试剂盒（数字PCR法）与对比产品厦门艾德生物医药科技股份有限公司生产的人类EGFR基因突变检测试剂盒（荧光PCR法）检测结果的一致性，证明考核试剂的临床应用性能、有效性及安全性。同时再进行分子靶向药物疗效回顾性研究，以分析相关基因突变检测对指导临床用药的意义。

Objectives of Study：

The study aims to evaluate and compare the consistency between the EGFR T790M mutation detection kit (digital PCR method) produced by Nanjing Coves Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and the EGFR T790M mutation detection kit (fluorescence PCR method) produced by Xiamen Aide Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd, in order to prove the clinical application performance, effectiveness and safety of the test reagent. Meanwhile, this study also aims to retrospectively analyze the efficacy of molecular targeted drugs, in order to test the significance of related gene mutation detection in guiding clinical medication.
