研究目的：

评价甘蔗源天然纤维素防治慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效和安全性，探讨“肺与大肠相表里”脏腑相关理论在慢性阻塞性肺疾病防治中的应用。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of sugarcane natural cellulose in the treatment of COPD disease and investigate the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory of the lung-intestine interconnection.

甘蔗源天然纤维素

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

sugarcane natural cellulose

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)体质虚弱、脱水病人，或临床表现有明显腹泻（大便次数>3次/天），伴头晕、乏力等不适；
(2)使用刺激性泻药（如大黄、番泻叶、酚酞、蓖麻油）等无效者；
(3)合并机械性肠梗阻、腹膜炎、疝气、肠道狭窄、严重痔疮、结肠直肠术后、肛管粘膜炎症水肿、动脉瘤、严重贫血、巨肠症之出血或穿孔、肝硬变、肠癌、肛瘘管、急性左心衰、急性脑出血、消化道出血、再生障碍性贫血、急性肾功能衰竭等严重致死性疾病；
(4)伴有精神疾病，严重神经功能缺损（如失语、失认）或因其他原因而无法配合调查的患者。
(5)因支气管扩张、囊性肺纤维化、活动性肺结核、肺癌等其他疾病导致的气流受限者；
(6)原有心、肝、肾和造血系统等严重疾病患者。
(7)近期使用免疫抑制剂者；
(8)月经期、妊娠期、哺乳期妇女;
(9)对本研究药物已知成分过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Weekness patients, dehydration, diarrhea(>3 time everyday) and with swirl symptom;
2. Patients no response with thrill laxative(such as rheum offcinale, Senna leaf, casror oil);
3. Patients with mechanicalintestinal obstruction, peritonitis, hernia, intestinal stenosis, haemorrhoids, arterial aneurysm, anemia, enteromegalia,cirrhosis, intestinal cancer, anal fistula, acute left heartfailure, acute cerebral hemorrhage,alimentary tract hemorrhage, aplastic anemia, and acute renal failure;
4. Comorbidity of mental illness, severe neurologic impairment (such as aphasia, agnosia), or for other reasons unable to cooperate with investigators;
5. Patients with airflow limitation due to bronchiectasis, cystic fibrosis, active tuberculosis, lung cancer, and other respiratory diseases;
6. Primary heart, liver, kidney, or hematopoietic system illnesses;
7. Recent use of immunosuppressive agents;
8. Women who are pregnant or breast-feeding;
9. Patients with drug allergy or known allergy to components of drugs used in this study.

盲法：	本试验采用双盲对照。设盲工作由北京中医药大学与统计人员共同完成，采用药品及试验药品的编号两级设盲法。盲底由临床研究负责单位—北京中医药大学专职人员保存；紧急破盲信封由研究负责单位和研究实施单位分别保存，并按照规定严格管理及紧急破盲。
