研究目的：

1、利用磁珠酶联免疫法检测实行IVF-ET患者单卵泡液中的G-CSF,IL-7，E2，P的水平及与之相对应的卵母细胞的形态、受精、卵裂和最终移植后的临床结局的相关性，判断上述因素是否可以作为筛查卵母细胞的指标。 2、检测胚胎培养液中游离双链DNA（dsDNA）水平，分析其与各项指标之间的相关性。 3、将上述两项研究结合起来筛选优质胚胎，提高IVF-ET临床结局。  

Objectives of Study：

1. We will detect the level of G-CSF, IL-7, E2 and P in the single follicular fluid of patients undertaking IVF-ET applying magnetic beads ELISA, then observe the corresponding oocyte morphology, fetilization,cleavage and the finally clinical outcomes after transplantation.On the basis of the results,we will make a judgement whether the above factors can be the biomarkers of oocyte selection; 2. We will also detect the level of dsDNA, and analyse the correlation of them.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

年龄大于35岁拟行IVF-ET患者，原发不孕，非单纯输卵管性不孕，基础窦卵泡数小于8个或者大于15个，无大于14mm的大卵泡

Exclusion criteria：

We reject patients older than 35-years-old, who preparing to undergo IVF-ET at our center. They are primary infertility for complicated factors not only because oviduct matters. Their foundational antral follicle count are less than 8 or more than 15, and no follicle diameter are grearter than 14mm.
