研究目的：	明确合并多支血管病变的AMI患者接受急诊PCI术中是否应该同时干预non-IRA病变，何种情况可以干预non-IRA；明确对于狭窄程度在70%以下的IRA是否必须置入支架；评估大剂量他汀药物序贯治疗对减少急诊PCI后无复流、改善心肌组织灌注的有效性和安全性。旨在提高AMI患者急诊PCI治疗效果、改善患者的心功能和长期预后，并为我国建立科学的AMI患者急诊介入治疗指南提供一定的科学依据。
Objectives of Study：	To make sure that for AMI patients complicated by multi-vessel disease, whether non-IRA lesions should be interfered when undergoing emergent PCI surgery and in which conditions non-IRA can be interfered; make sure that whether the stent must be implanted when the stenosis of IRA is less than 70%；make sure that whether high-dose statin sequential treatment is to reduce no reflow after emergency PCI, improve the efficacy and safety of myocardial tissue perfusion. It is aimed at improving the therapeutic effect of emergent PCI in STEMI patients, improving cardiac function and long-term prognosis of patients, and providing scientific basis for the establishment of reasonable medical cost sharing mechanism for intervention treatment of STEMI patients.
药物成份或治疗方案详述：
Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：
纳入标准：	(1) 急性STEMI患者，即缺血性胸痛持续≥30min，含化硝酸甘油无效；相邻2个或2个以上导联ST段抬高，肢体导联≥0.1mV，胸导联≥0.2mV；发病12h以内； (2) 18岁以上（含18岁）80岁以下的男性或未怀孕女性； (3) 必须签署经伦理委员会批准的知情同意书。
Inclusion criteria	Inclusion criteria: acute STEMI patients, that is, ischemic chest pain continued for more than 30min, buccal dissolving nitroglycerin is ineffective; adjacent two or more lead ST-segment elevated, limb lead >=0.1mV, chest lead >=0.2mV; onset within 12h; male or non-pregnant women above 18 years old (including 18-year-old) and under 80 years old; informed consent form approved by the Ethics Committee must be signed.
排除标准：	(1) 合并心源性休克； (2) 合并严重心脏瓣膜病； (3) 合并心肌病； (4) IRA为支架内血栓； (5) 冠状动脉旁路移植患者； (6) 心脏移植的接受者； (7) 有出血倾向、活动性消化性溃疡、出血性脑卒中病史、半年内的缺血性脑卒中病史以及有抗血小板以及抗凝治疗禁忌症，无法进行有效抗凝； (8) 多脏器功能衰竭患者； (9) 晚期肿瘤患者； (10) 对比剂过敏； (11) 患者不能遵守研究方案，如无法随访或不可能完成本研究。
Exclusion criteria：	Exclusion criteria: complicated by cardiogenic shock; complicated by severe valvular heart disease; complicated by myocardial disease; IRA of stent thrombosis; patients with coronary bypass grafting; patients accepting heart transplant; bleeding tendency, active peptic ulcer, medical history of hemorrhagic apoplexy, medical history of cerebral arterial thrombosis within six months as well as antiplatelet and anticoagulant therapy contraindications that can not be effective anticoagulant; patients with multiple organ failure; patients with advanced tumors; allergic to contrast agent; patients can not adhere to the study protocol, such as can't be followed-up or can not complete this study.
