评估高海拔前口服罗沙司他是否能预防急性高原病。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate whether oral Roxadustat before high altitude prevents acute altitude illness.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

罗沙司他 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Roxadustat 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.近期服用安眠药史；
2.从事过专门体育训练者；
3.有相关药物过敏史，或因为其他原因不能使用药物；
4.依从性差；
5.存在心血管疾病或其他严重疾病；
6.近期上呼吸道感染史；
7.正在吸烟者；
8.有精神、神经系统疾病和其他不适合参加试验的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The subjects with recent history of taking sleeping pills;
2. Subjects who have been engaged in special physical training;
3. Subjects with a history of drug allergy or unable to use drugs for other reasons;
4. Subjects with poor compliance;
5. Patients with cardiovascular disease or other serious diseases;
6. Subjects with recent history of upper respiratory tract infection;
7. Subjects who are smoking;
8. Mental, nervous system diseases and other conditions not suitable for the trial.
