研究目的：

基于“颈胸同治”思想探讨针刺治疗对CNNP患者的临床疗效，旨在从颈胸论治角度，为“颈胸同治”思想的针刺治疗CNNP痛患者的康复疗效提供客观依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the idea of "Neck and Chest Simultaneous Treatment" to explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture for CNNP patients, aiming to provide an objective basis for the "Neck and Chest Simultaneous Treatment" idea of acupuncture in the treatment of CNNP pain patients from the perspective of cervical and thoracic therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①有严重并发症如心脏疾病、肝脏疾病、造血系统疾病或恶性肿瘤等；
②接受过颈椎手术、有颈部外伤史；
③接受本研究之前一个月内有过其他治疗方法如肌松剂注射、针灸、推拿、膏药等；
④有严重视力障碍、听力障碍、认知功能障碍、感觉性失语等功能评定者；
⑤孕妇和哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe complications such as heart disease, liver disease, hematopoietic system disease or malignant tumor, etc.;
2. Have a history of cervical spine surgery and neck trauma;
3. Have other treatment methods such as muscle relaxant injection, acupuncture, massage, plaster, etc. within one month before receiving this study;
4. Patients with functional assessment such as severe visual impairment, hearing impairment, cognitive dysfunction, sensory aphasia;
5. Pregnant and lactating women.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

先在SPSS20.0 统计软件中依次编写好编号1～52 的SPSS 数据文件，通过SPSS20.0 统计软件的随机数字生成器，随机种子为默认值2000000，产生随机数字，对随机数字进行编秩后，按随机数字秩次从小到大进行升序排列，规定1～26 归入第一组，27～52归入第二组。根据纳入标准及排除标准将符合条件的52个受试者按入组时间先后顺序依次编号（1～52），并按编号随机分组。对符合上述入组条件的受试者根据此随机方法分成颈胸同治组和常规针刺对照组。

According to the rank order of random numbers, the ascending order is arranged from small to large, stipulating that 1～26belong to the first group and 27～52 belong to the second group.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and randomly grouped by number.
