Objectives of Study：

This research project is intended to implement single-cell sequencing, bulk RNAseq, proteomics, and imaging histology in the microenceptic environment of breast and prostate cancer tumors.

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with breast and prostate cancer who refuse to have bone punctures.
