Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of remimazolam anesthesia during endobronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial needle aspiration.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有严重心、脑、肝肾疾病；
2.对丙泊酚或苯二氮卓类药物过敏；
3.滥用药物史；
4.呼吸道急性炎症；
5.患有阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征或者体质量指数≥28kg/㎡。

Exclusion criteria：

1.With circulation dysfunction,liver dysfunction,kidney dysfunction and other important organ dysfunction;
2.Allergic to propofol orBenzodiazepines;
3.A history of drug abuse;
4.With acute upper respiratory infection;
5.With Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome or body mass index, BMI >= 28kg/m2.
