研究目的:

本研究拟以互联网+图像处理技术为支撑,建立以医疗专业人员为指导,手机APP 检测为手段的医疗保健机构和家庭联动的新生儿高胆红素血症早期筛查机制,并对这一机制进行效果评价,为建立适合于农村地区的简便、易行的新生儿高胆红素血症早期筛查机制提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study:

Supported by a new Internet + image processing technology, this study will establish a health institution and family linked mechanism to early screen neonatal hyperbilirubinemia with the guidance of health professional and the means of mobile APP detection. Also, the mechanism will be evaluate by cost-effect so as to provide a scientific basis for establishing a simple and convenient neonatal hyperbilirubinemia screening mechanism which will be propitious to implement in rural.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1)生育多胎的产妇(如双胞胎);
2)新生儿患有先天性疾病、围产期窒息、新生儿感染、溶血性疾病或其他严重器质性损害以及再次入院;

Exclusion criteria:

1) The puerpera who give birth to multiple children (such as twins);
2) The newborn has congenital disease, perinatal asphyxia, neonatal infection, hemolytic disease or other serious organic damage and is readmitted to hospital;

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

数据采用调查问卷。干预前,问卷内容包括:新生儿妈妈和孩子的基本情况、妈妈对黄疸的认知情况、对新生儿黄疸的担忧情况等。干预并随访后,问卷内容包括:新生儿母亲对测量黄疸手机APP的评价、宝宝黄疸发生及再次入院治疗情况、妈妈对黄疸新生儿的担忧情况等。使用Epidata软件录入数据,并导入SAS9.4进行数据分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Data were collected by questionnaire.Before the intervention, the questionnaire included: the basic information of the newborn mother and her child, the mother's cognition for jaundice, the concern about the newborn jaundice, etc.After the intervention and follow-up, the questionnaire included the neonatal mothers' evaluation of the mobile APP, the occurrence and treatment of the baby's jaundice, and the mothers' concern about the jaundiced newborn.Data were entered using EpiData and imported into SAS9.4 for data analysis.
