研究目的：

本项目将全面探索我国老年肌少症的发生、发展和流行特点，建立中国老年人肌少症相关运动功能数据资源库，开发适宜社区推广的有效的老年人肌少症预防干预手段，形成中国老年人肌少症预防干预核心信息，填补中国老年人肌少症防控领域空白，同时提高我国民众对肌少症的认识水平，遏制老年人肌少症的发生和发展，减少老年人失能的发生，改善老年人的生活质量和健康，减轻老年人、家庭、社会的负担，为我国老年人健康管理提供重要支撑，促进健康老龄化社会建设。

Objectives of Study：

Project will fully explore the less muscle disease occurrence, development and epidemic characteristics of establishing China's less muscle disease related movement function in the elderly data repository, develop appropriate community to promote effective less muscle disease prevention interventions in the elderly, the formation of Chinese old people less muscle disease prevention intervention core information, fill the blank of the field of Chinese less muscle disease control and prevention in the elderly, at the same time, improve the level of public understanding of less muscle disease in our country, contain less muscle disease in the elderly, the occurrence and development of reducing the occurrence of the elderly disability, improve the quality of life and health of the elderly, the elderly, the burden of family, society, provide important support for the elderly health management in China,We will promote the building of a healthy aging society.

根据亚洲肌少症诊断标准，如果诊断为非肌少症，进入非肌少症对照组，并随机分配至不同对照亚组（宣传教育组、宣传教育+营养组、宣传教育+运动组、宣传教育+运动+营养组），进入各组的几率为25%；如果诊断为肌少症，您将进入肌少症组，并随机进入不同干预亚组（宣传教育组、宣传教育+营养组、宣传教育+运动组、宣传教育+运动+营养组），进入各组的几率为25%。
