研究目的：

1、研究血液净化对脓毒症患者肠道微生态的影响。 2、评估I-FABP、D-乳酸、DAO、AGI评分等指标对脓毒症血液患者肠道微生态紊乱的价值。 3、为进一步探讨血液净化的不同模式对脓毒症患者肠道功能的影响进行前期准备。 4、为探索脓毒症时肠道微生态环境紊乱的机制研究进行前期研究。 5、建立新疆医科大学第一附属医院重症医学中心重症疾病标本库。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To study the effect of blood purification on intestinal microecology of patients with sepsis. 2. Evaluate the value of i-FABP, D-lactic acid, DAO, AGI and other indicators on intestinal microecological disorders in blood patients with sepsis. 3. To further explore the effect of different blood purification modes on intestinal function in patients with sepsis. 4. A preliminary study was conducted to explore the mechanism of intestinal microecological environment disorder in sepsis. 5. Establish a database of specimens of critical diseases in the Critical Care Medical Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.伴有胃肠道恶性肿瘤；
2.伴有免疫系统疾病患者；
3.入院48h内死亡或自动出院者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Accompanied by gastrointestinal malignant tumor;
3. Patients with immune system diseases;
4. Death or automatic discharge within 48 hours after admission.
