评价高压氧治疗对卒中后早期认知功能减退的疗效并初步探索机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on early cognitive decline after stroke and to explore the mechanism.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 合并其他非血管性原因造成的神经功能缺损；
② 因各种症状（包括意识障碍不能交流、语言障碍、严重的卒中后抑郁状态等）无法配合完成评估；
③ 既往有明确认知障碍或者精神疾病史；
④ 有高压氧治疗禁忌证者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Combined with other non-vascular causes of neural function defects;
(2) Due to various symptoms (including impaired consciousness, inability to communicate, language impairment, severe post-stroke depression, etc.), the evaluation could not be completed;
(3) Have a clear history of cognitive impairment or mental illness;
(4) Hyperbaric oxygen treatment contra.
