发现精神分裂症（SZ）致病相关基因，阐明SZ分子遗传机制及病因，建立SZ发病预测、靶向治疗、用药监测、疗效评估、预后预测及复发风险等个性化综合治疗评估系统。

Objectives of Study：

To identify susceptible genes of schizophrenia, illustrate molecular genetics mechanism of schizophrenia, and establish an integrated system involving forecasting, target treatment, medication monitoring, effect evaluation, prognosis prediction and relapse risk evaluation

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

有脑外伤等躯体及神经系统疾病；
有情感障碍，智力发育迟滞等精神疾病史；
有酗酒史和药物滥用史；

Exclusion criteria：

With history of brain trauma or other neurological diseases; With history of severe neurological dysfunction, affective disorder, or mental retardation; With history of severe alcoholic problem or drug abuse.
