研究目的：

我们比较首发青少年抑郁症患者和首发成年人抑郁症患者与其相应的健康对照组在生物标志物如色氨酸、去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺、谷氨酸、γ-羟基丁酸及其代谢产物上的浓度差异。此外，我们分析这些生物标志物在青少年抑郁症患者治疗前后的浓度变化，并寻找与HAMD量表评分和SDS量表评分变动之间的联系。  

Objectives of Study：

We explore the different concentration of the biomarkers(tryptophan, norepinephrine, dopamine, glutamic acid, γ-hydroxybutyric acid and related metabolites) between first-onset adolescent depression and health, and between first-onset adult depression and health, respectively. Moreover,we analyze the concentration changes of these biomarkers in adolescent depression patients before and after treatment, and find how HAMD scale score and SDS scale score change are correlated with the changed concentration of these biomarkers.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在自杀行为；
2.既往接受电休克治疗；
3.合并精神发育迟滞；
4.脑器质性精神障碍；
5.人格障碍；
6.物质依赖或酒依赖；
7.有严重躯体疾病或躯体残疾。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suicidal behavior;
2. Received electroconvulsive therapy in history;
3. Complicated with mental retardation;
4. Brain organic mental disorders;
5. Personality disorders;
6. Substance dependence or alcohol dependence;
7. Severe physical disease or physical disability.
