Objectives of Study：

We describe a novel practical technique for trocar placement in extraperitoneal robot assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy(E-RALP) and present postoperative outcomes for this technique.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

转移前列腺癌；去势抵抗前列腺癌。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Metastatic prostate cancer;
2. Antiandrogen therapy.
