研究目的:

1.筛选优化早期肝癌MDT治疗的复发相关微生物组学及免疫组学差异表达指标,揭示其与早期肝癌复发相关性及内在联系; 2.结合优化早期肝癌MDT治疗的复发临床预测模型及早期肝癌复发相关微生物组学和免疫组学差异表达指标,构建优化早期肝癌MDT治疗的复发分子预测模型; 3.运用回顾性内部验证、前瞻性独立外部验证及效能验证方法,评估优化早期肝癌MDT治疗的复发分子预测模型并建立网络复发预测计算器,辅助肝癌个体化分子MDT临床治疗决策。  

Objectives of Study:

1.To screen and optimize the differential expression indexes of microbiology and immunology related to recurrence of early hepatocellular carcinoma treated with MDT, and to reveal the correlation and internal relationship between recurrence and early hepatocellular carcinoma recurrence. 2.Combined with the optimized clinical prediction model of recurrence of early hepatocellular carcinoma treated with MDT and the differential expression indexes of microbiology and immunology related to the recurrence of early hepatocellular carcinoma, a molecular prediction model for optimizing the recurrence of early hepatocellular carcinoma treated with MDT was constructed. 3.The methods of retrospective internal verification, prospective independent external verification and efficacy verification were used to evaluate and optimize the molecular prediction model of recurrence of early hepatocellular carcinoma MDT therapy and to establish a network recurrence prediction calculator to assist the clinical treatment decision of individualized molecular MDT for hepatocellular carcinoma.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

(1)曾行TACE或索拉菲尼治疗;
(2)病理类型非肝细胞肝癌,为其他类型肝癌;
(3)基础有免疫系统疾病;
(4)合并重大基础疾病;
(5)入院前1个月内曾使用抗生素。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Subjects who had been treated with TACE or sorafenib;
2. The patients with pathological type of non HCC were other types of HCC;
3. Patients with underlying immune system diseases;
4. Patients with major underlying diseases;
5. Patients who used antibiotics within one month before admission.
