研究目的：

明确缺血预适应这项干预措施能否保护甲状腺癌术后甲状旁腺功能，减少术后甲旁减发生。  

Objectives of Study：

To demonstrate the role of a novel intervention (parathyroid ischemic preconditioning) for preventing postoperative hypoparathyroidism in patients with differentiated thyroid cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.仅行甲状腺腺叶切除术的DTC患者。
2.术中需进行甲状旁腺自体移植的DTC患者。
3.甲状腺≥II度肿大的DTC患者。
4.行甲状腺全切除+中央区淋巴结清扫时，一期同时行颈侧区淋巴结清扫的DTC患者。
5.伴有其它系统严重疾病者，如心脏、肺脏等无法耐受全麻手术。
6.手术后接受额外碘131治疗的DTC患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Lobectomy only.
2.Parathyroid autotransplantation was done during the operation.
3.Patients with moderate or severe enlarged thyoird volume.
4.Lateral compartment dissection was done during the operation.
5.Patients were with severe systematic disease and showed worse tolerance to surgery.
6.Additional radioidione therapy needed to be done.
