To explore the accuracy of the deep learning model based on multi-modal clinical data to predict the long-term curative effect of chronic sinusitis after surgery.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者合并鼻腔鼻窦肿瘤；
2.患者合并全身任何部位的恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with nasal cavity and sinus tumors;
2. The patient has malignant tumors in any part of the body.
