研究目的：

明确甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑在全身麻醉诱导时的量效关系。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the dose-response relationship of remazolam toluenesulfonic acid during induction of general anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.已知对苯二氮卓类药物、氟马西尼、麻醉药过敏或存在禁忌者；
2.研究者认为有临床意义的心脑血管系统、呼吸道系统、神经系统（如抑郁症、精神分裂症）、严重肝肾功能障碍、重症肌无力等病史及其异常实验室检查和检验者；
3.长期服用过苯二氮卓类药物者，近 5日内使用过镇静或者阿片类镇痛药物者；
4.妊娠期或哺乳期女性；
5.Mallampati score评估为 4分者；
6.研究者认为具有任何不宜参加此试验因素的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Known allergy or contraindication to benzodiazepines, flumazine, anesthetics;
2. Patients with a history of severe liver and kidney dysfunction, myasthenia gravis, and other abnormal laboratory tests and tests were considered clinically significant;
3. Those who have taken benzodiazepines for a long time and have used sedation or opioid analgesics in the past 5 days;
4. A pregnant or lactating woman;
5. Mallampati Score is assessed as 4 points;
6. The investigator considers the subjects to have any factors that would make them unfit to participate in the study.
