通过临床随机对照研究探讨渐进式姿势控制训练对慢性腰痛患者的APAs与CPAs的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To research how do progressive postural control training effect on APAs and CPAs in patients with chronic low back pain by a randomized controlled clinical study.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 既往腰部有过治疗史；
2. 腰痛患者同时有糖尿病、周围神经病、脑卒中、肌肉变性性疾病及其他疾病引起的腰痛的，如：肿瘤、结核、感染等；
3. 既往有精神障碍者；
4. 既往高血压病，冠心病史；
5. 腰腹部手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with previous treatment history of lumbar vertebrae;
2. Patients with diabetes, peripheral neuropathy, stroke, muscular degenerative diseases and other diseases, such as tumor, tuberculosis, infection, etc.;
3. Patients have mental disorders in the past;
4. Patients with hypertension, coronary heart disease;
5. Patients with a surgery history of lumbar or abdomen.
