研究目的：

本课题拟观察机械通气过程中不同肺驱动压对妇科腹腔镜患者术后肺部并发症发生率，术中不同时间、不同体位肺顺应性的变化以及对患者预后的影响。从而为临床通气策略的使用、VILI及并发症防治提供更深入的指导思路。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of different pulmonary driving pressures during mechanical ventilation on the incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications, changes in pulmonary compliance at different times and positions during operation, and on the prognosis of patients with gynecological laparoscopy.Thus, it can provide more in-depth guidance for the use of clinical ventilation strategy, VILI and the prevention and treatment of complications.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.先前有肺炎、肺不张、肺栓塞病史；
2.严重心肺疾病，如慢性阻塞性肺疾病，呼吸睡眠阻塞综合症等；
3.曾接受过心肺手术患者，如肺叶切除术或体外循环下心外科手术等；
4.语言交流障碍不能配合术后随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with previous history of pneumonia, atelectasis and pulmonary embolism;
2. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary diseases, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, respiratory and sleep obstructive syndrome, etc.;
3. Patients who have undergone cardiopulmonary surgery, such as lobectomy or cardiopulmonary bypass;
4. The patients with language communication disorder can not cooperate with the postoperative follow-up.
