研究目的：

精神病性体验（PLEs）和精神病超高危人群（UHR）作为精神病连续谱中的一部分，近些年被越来越多的人关注。已有一些研究表明童年创伤在PLEs、UHR发生发展中起着重要的作用。但多数创伤的测量中没有包含欺凌因素，且还没有文献系统阐述在我国大学生群体中，PLEs和UHR个体中的童年创伤情况，及其与临床症状的关系。本研究将系统探索童年创伤在精神病性体验发生发展中的作用，探索童年创伤对其他临床症状（抑郁、焦虑、自杀、自伤、睡眠等）的影响。另外，本研究将对有一定创伤症状的阈下精神病症状人群进行EMDR随机对照试验并随访，探索EMDR对于该人群创伤症状的疗效，并同时考察干预前后精神病症状、情绪困扰、个体的生活质量，社会功能及炎症因子的改善情况。

Objectives of Study：

Psychotic experiences (PLEs) and ultra-high risk population (UHR) as part of a continuous spectrum of psychotic disease (also called subclinical psychotic population) have been paid more and more attention in recent years. Some researches have shown that childhood trauma plays an important role in PLEs,UHR incidence and development but seldom articles contain the bullying factors. Till now, no article systematically illustrated childhood trauma in PLEs and UHR individuals in chinese college students and the relationship with clinical symptoms. This research aims to explore the effect of childhood trauma in subclinical psychotic population, and the relationship with clinical symptoms. In addition, this study will conduct a randomized controlled trial of EMDR for subclinical psychotic population with childhood trauma symptoms and follow up, to explore the EMDR efficacy in reducing traumatic and psychotic symptoms,emotional distress and improving individual's quality of life, social function and inflammatory factors.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有神经系统疾病或脑部创伤史或眼部疾患。
2. 曾经参加过以创伤为焦点的心理治疗。
3. 当前有严重的自杀观念。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with nervous system diseases or brain trauma or eye diseases;
2. Patients who have participated in trauma focused psychotherapy;
3. Those who have serious suicide idea at present;
