研究目的：

评估三种通气模式对成人心脏手术患者术后肺部并发症的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of three ventilation modes on postoperative pulmonary complications in adult patients undergoing cardiac surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.主动脉弓置换等深低温停循环手术；
2.心脏移植、肺动脉血栓内膜剥离术；
3.孕妇；
4.术前长期使用激素全身治疗（≥3月）；
5.3个月内已参加其他类似研究者；
6.术前60天内行双腔气管导管插管或单肺通气手术；
7.神经肌肉功能障碍；
8.术前体外膜肺氧合（ECMO）或心室辅助装置。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Operations with deep hypothermia and circulatory arrest;
2. Heart transplantation, pulmonary thrombus endarterectomy;
3. Self-reported pregnancy;
4. Preoperative long-term use of hormone systemic therapy >= 3 months;
5. Already joined other similar research in recent 3 months;
6. Preoperative mechanical ventilation within 60 days of surgery, use of a double-lumen endotracheal tube or one-lung ventilation;
7. Neuromuscular dysfunction;
8. Preoperative extracorporeal membrane oxygenation support or ventricular assist device.

由不涉及研究的麻醉助手通过软件stata15.0生成随机序列并按照区组大小为6完成随机分组，由与研究临床实施环节无关的成员将分组结果依次装入不透光随机信封并在信封封面写上筛选号。

The anesthesia assistant, who was not involved in the study, generated a random sequence through the software STATA15.0 and completed the random grouping according to the block size of 6. The members unrelated to the clinical implementation of the study would put the grouping results in an opaque envelope
