检验八段锦运动干预对肾移植受者衰弱状态的影响,并探讨其作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To examine the effects of Baduanjin exercise intervention on frailty of kidney transplant recipients and explore the mechanisms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）多器官移植受者；（2）长期规律练习八段锦、冥想等其他气功功法者或参加其他规律体育运动者；( 3）有严重的心、脑、肺及其他重要脏器病变而不适宜进行八段锦训练者；（4）正在参加影响本研究结果评价的其他临床试验者。 满足任何一项标准将被排除。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Has undergone multiple-organ transplantation; (2) Has exercised regularly for a long time; (3) Has severe diseases of heart, brain, lung and other important organs which may not be suitable for Baduanjin exercise; (4) Is participating in other clinical trials that affect the results of this study. Patients will be excluded if they meet any of the above criteria.
