Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation on postoperative cognitive dysfunction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往精神病史、现患有神经系统疾病；
2.拒绝/未能完成术前认知功能测验；
3.交流障碍、无法配合研究者，如语言理解障碍、精神疾病、癫痫、帕金森病史或重症肌无力等；
4.肝肾功能严重异常者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Past history of mental illness, current neurological disease;
2. Refused/failed to complete the preoperative cognitive function test;
3. Communication disorder, inability to cooperate with researchers, such as language comprehension disorder, mental illness, epilepsy, history of Parkinson's disease or myasthenia gravis, etc.;
4. Patients with severe abnormal liver and kidney function.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰的输入病例报告表中，录入采用双人双机录入，之后对数据进行两遍比对。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存
