研究目的：

比较膀胱癌患者行机器人辅助根治性膀胱切除-原位回肠新膀胱术（RARC-OIN）和腹腔镜根治性膀胱切除-原位回肠新膀胱术（LRC-OIN）的围手术期、功能学和肿瘤学结局。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the perioperative, functional and oncologic outcomes between robotic-assisted radical cystectomy with extracorporeal orthotopic ileal neobladder (RARC-OIN) and laparoscopic radical cystectomy with extracorporeal orthotopic ileal neobladder (LRC-OIN) among patients with bladder cancer.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）术前行新辅助化疗者；
（2）病理结果为非尿路上皮癌患者；
（3）术前发现远处转移者；
（4）临床信息、病理资料有缺失者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients those who underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy before surgery;
2.Patients those who were with non-urothelial cancer;
3.Patients thsoe who were diagnosed distant metastasis before surgery;
4.Patients those who were with imcomplete clinical and pathological data.
