探讨急性原发性闭角型青光眼(APAC)视网膜血管密度(VD)的变化及其诊断价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the changes and evaluate the diagnosis value of retina vessel density (VD) in cases of acute primary angle closure (APAC).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)除超声乳化术或激光周边虹膜切除术(LPI)外，有外伤、葡萄膜炎、视网膜疾病或眼内手术史；
(2)球面等效屈光度大于+6D或-6D；
(3)光学相干断层扫描(OCT)和OCTA质量差，扫描信号强度指数(SSI)<48，清晰度差，分割差，运动伪影。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) A history of trauma, uveitis, retinal disease or intraocular surgery except phacoemulsification or laser peripheral iridectomy (LPI);
(2) Spherical equivalent refractive error greater than +6 or –6 diopters;
(3) Poor quality of optical coherence tomography (OCT) and OCTA and scans within signal strength index (SSI) < 48, poor clarity, poor segmentation and motion artifact.
