研究目的：

孕期甘油三酯异常对孕妇本身的健康、对胎儿发育的短期及长期影响逐渐被发现，因而孕期甘油三酯异常升高应当得到适当的管理，以预防危害的发生。随着二胎的开放，孕妇的平均年龄将提高，孕前及孕早期便存在高甘油三酯血症的比例将增多，这是无法改变的生理因素。第五次中国居民膳食调查显示我国居民动物类食物的消费量大幅提高，现有研究也提示妊娠期部分孕妇存在高脂膳食，这是可以改变的环境因素。因此本项目在厦门地区开展妊娠期膳食、孕前体质指数及脂代谢基因的多态性等因素对孕期甘油三酯水平影响的研究，研究结果将为孕期血脂管理，尤其是膳食管理提供科学依据；为在全国范围内开展相似研究提供了基础；进而为孕期血脂异常的干预和预防提供了思路。  

Objectives of Study：

The short and long term effects of maternal supraphosiologic hypertriglyceridemia on the cadiovascular diseases of pregnant women and the development of the fetus are gradually being discovered. Therefore, maternal supraphosiologic hypertriglyceridemia should be properly managed to prevent the occurrence of harm. With the opening of the second child, the average age of pregnant women would increase, and the proportion of hypertriglyceridemia before and during the first trimester would raise. This is a physiological factor that cannot be changed. The Fifth Chinese Residents Dietary Survey showed that the consumption of animal food by Chinese residents has increased significantly. Existing studies also suggest that some pregnant women have high-fat diets during pregnancy, which is an environmental factor that can be changed. Therefore, this project carried out a study on the influence of pregnancy diet, pre-pregnancy body mass index and lipid metabolism gene polymorphisms on triglyceride levels during pregnancy. The research results would provide scientific basis for serum lipid profiles management during pregnancy, especially dietary management; It provides a basis for conducting similar studies nationwide; and provides ideas for the intervention and prevention of dyslipidemia during pregnancy.

排除标准：

患有传染病、妊娠期高血压、影响糖脂代谢的疾病、其他严重疾病、不能完成调查的孕妇。

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnant women with endocrine, metabolic disorder (such as diabetes, hypertension, and hypercholesterolemia), severe infectious diseases,and those with multiple pregnancies as well as premature birth, asphyxia in offspring were excluded.
