精确筛选出效果较好的治疗成人大骨节病的口服治疗药物，初步制定出适宜的成人大骨节病治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

Accurate screening of better effect of treatment of adult kaschin-beck disease oral treatment drugs, the preliminary formulation of appropriate adult kaschin-beck Disease Treatment Program.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患有其他关节疾病，如关节炎症、代谢性骨病、肿瘤、骨质疏松症等，或同时患有糖尿病、中风、消瘦、长期服用药物和心血管、胃肠、肾脏、肝脏、呼吸系统疾病的患者，或拒绝参与排除研究。

Exclusion criteria：

Individuals with other joint diseases, such as joint inflammation, metabolic bone diseases, neoplasia, osteoporosis, etc. or coexisting conditions such as a history of diabetes mellitus, stroke, emaciation, long-term use of drugs and cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, kidney, liver, respiratory diseases, or those who declined to participate in the study were excluded.
