研究目的：

1、探究术后不同时间点血清PCT、CRP和WBC水平早期预测腹腔镜直肠癌术后吻合口漏的临床价值； 2、比较术后血清PCT、CRP和WBC水平对腹腔镜直肠癌术后AL预测准确性，以期为临床早发现吻合口漏提供帮助，进而促进加速康复外科在腹腔镜直肠癌手术领域的安全开展。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the clinical value of serum PCT, CRP and WBC levels at different time points after operation in early prediction of anastomotic leakage after laparoscopic rectal cancer operation; 2. To compare postoperative serum PCT, CRP and WBC levels in the prediction accuracy of AL after laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery, in order to provide help for early clinical detection of anastomotic leakage, thereby promoting the safe development of enhanced recovery surgery in the field of laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.正处于妊娠、哺乳期或月经期女性；
2.严重的心功能衰竭、慢性阻塞性肺疾病等基础疾病者；
3.术前已存在严重感染者；
4.姑息手术或Hartmann、Miles术者；
5.术后出现除AL之外严重感染者（如切口感染、肺部感染及泌尿系感染）；
6.3个月内参加过其他临床试验者；
7.鉴于某种病症或情形，研究者认为可能使受试者有重大风险、可能干扰研究结果。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are pregnant, lactating or menstruating;
2. Severe heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and other underlying diseases;
3. Patients with severe infection before surgery;
4. Palliative surgery or Hartmann, Miles surgery;
5. Patients with severe infections other than AL after surgery (such as incision infection, lung infection and urinary tract infection);
6. Those who have participated in other clinical trials within 3 months;
7. In view of a certain disease or situation, the investigator believes that it may put the subject at a significant risk and may interfere with the research results.
