研究目的：

主要研究目的：1）验证并完善基于脑电信号解码的rTMS应答者筛选方案;2）验证并完善基于脑电信号解码的脑功能连接图谱优化rTMS方案； 次要研究目的：1）完善基于脑电信号的解码大脑连接图谱；2）完善基于rTMS刺激的大脑连接图谱；3）建立基于脑电信号神经解码的MCI患者脑网络连接异常的精准诊断及干预平台。  

Objectives of Study：

Main objectives: 1) To verify and improve the screening scheme of rTMS responders based on EEG signal decoding; 2) To verify and improve the the rTMS scheme optimized based on the brain functional connectivity map decoded by EEG signals; 1) To improve the brain connection map based on eeg signal decoding; 2) To improve the mapping of brain connections based on rTMS stimulation; 3) To establish a precise diagnosis and intervention platform for abnormal brain network connections in MCI patients based on neural decoding of eeg signals.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

按照随机分组分别采用rTMS进行常规兴奋性刺激（常规rTMS组），优化方案rTMS刺激（优化rTMS组）或伪刺激。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

According to random grouping, rTMS was used including conventional high frequency rTMS, optimized rTMS scheme or sham rTMS. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）有严重视力、听力、失语障碍及其他躯体疾病，不能顺利完成神经心理学测试者；
2）有其他明确的神经或精神疾病史（如痴呆、脑卒中、帕金森病、重症抑郁症等）、心血管疾病、糖尿病、甲状腺疾病、维生素B12缺乏或药物滥用史或证据等；
3）近1个月内使用任何可能影响认知功能的药物史；
4）有磁共振扫描禁忌症者；
5）结构磁共振提示有新发病灶或占位性病灶等病变。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have severe visual, hearing, aphasia and other physical diseases and cannot successfully complete the neuropsychological test;
2. Have a history of other neurological or psychiatric disorders (such as dementia, stroke, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, major depression, etc.), cardiovascular disease, diabetes, thyroid disease, vitamin B12 deficiency, history or evidence of substance abuse;
3. Any drug history that may affect cognitive function in the past 1 month;
4. Have contraindications with MRI scanning;
5. Structural MRI indicated lesions such as new lesions or space-occupying lesions.

所有的rTMS刺激均由不参与诊断、分类及数据处理的技师按照随机方法对应的刺激方案进行干预治疗。受试者在揭盲前，只知道自己接受了上述三种刺激方案中的一种,而不知道详细情况。

rTMS were conducted by the technician in accordance with the stimulus regimen who does not involved in diagnosis, classification, and data processing.The participants knew only that they had received one of the three stimuli, and do not know the details until the random code is broken.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

相应的评估指标均有对应的数据采集方案，将同步采用病例报告表（CRF）记录数据，采用电子数据采集和管理系统（科大讯飞医疗数据管理平台）管理数据。
