Objectives of Study: |
Main objectives: 1) To verify and improve the screening scheme of rTMS responders based on EEG signal decoding; 2) To verify and improve the the rTMS scheme optimized based on the brain functional connectivity map decoded by EEG signals; 1) To improve the brain connection map based on eeg signal decoding; 2) To improve the mapping of brain connections based on rTMS stimulation; 3) To establish a precise diagnosis and intervention platform for abnormal brain network connections in MCI patients based on neural decoding of eeg signals. |

按照随机分组分别采用rTMS进行常规兴奋性刺激(常规rTMS组),优化方案rTMS刺激(优化rTMS组)或伪刺激。 |

1)有严重视力、听力、失语障碍及其他躯体疾病,不能顺利完成神经心理学测试者; |

1. Have severe visual, hearing, aphasia and other physical diseases and cannot successfully complete the neuropsychological test; |

所有的rTMS刺激均由不参与诊断、分类及数据处理的技师按照随机方法对应的刺激方案进行干预治疗。受试者在揭盲前,只知道自己接受了上述三种刺激方案中的一种,而不知道详细情况。 |

rTMS were conducted by the technician in accordance with the stimulus regimen who does not involved in diagnosis, classification, and data processing.The participants knew only that they had received one of the three stimuli, and do not know the details until the random code is broken. |
