研究目的：

探讨右美托咪定联合地塞米松与单独使用地塞米松相比，是否能进一步减少择期行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者的术后24h内恶心呕吐的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether dexmedetomidine combined with dexamethasone can further reduce the incidence of nausea and vomiting within 24h after elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy compared with dexamethasone alone.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

严重高血压病史, 肝肾功能显著异常，凝血功能显著异常，术前长期服用阿片类、镇静镇痛、精神类药物，患有精神疾病或者不能正确表达意愿者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with history of severe hypertension;
2. Subjects with significant abnormal liver and kidney functions;
3. Subjects with significant abnormal coagulation function;
4. Patients taking opioids, sedative and analgesic drugs and psychotropic drugs for a long time before operation;
5. Patients with mental illness or unable to express their wishes correctly.
