研究目的：

建立规范的运动康复评定方案，并比较华山医院康复医学科运动障碍康复专家评分与长三角地区协作单位人员评分的异同，分析影响评分的因素及改进方法，同时基于信息化平台建立失语症康复评定数据库，在区域内进行推广应用，并根据初次评定结果与卒中后运动障碍预后进行相关分析，分析脑卒中类型、病灶部位、运动诱发电位等影响因素与康复疗效的关系，最后探索和建立基于信息化平台/移动终端等技术的“rTMS治疗卒中后运动障碍”新技术在长三角区域的推广应用流程，并对rTMS新技术治疗组和对照组的治疗疗效进行对比，分析rTMS新技术推广应用对长三角区域运动康复疗效的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Establish a standardized motor dysfunction rehabilitation evaluation scheme, and compare the huashan hospital rehabilitation medicine motor dysfunction rehabilitation expert evaluation and cooperative unit personnel in Yangtze river delta, as well as the similarities and differences of analysis of the influencing factors of grading and improvement method, at the same time, based on the information platform to create motor dysfunction rehabilitation evaluation database, the application in the area, and according to the results of the initial evaluation of correlation analysis with motor dysfunction after stroke prognosis, analysis type, lesion sites, such as motion evoked potential influencing factors and rehabilitation efficacy, Finally, the application process of "rTMS for motor dysfunction after stroke" new technology based on information platform/mobile terminal technology in the Yangtze River Delta region was explored and established, and the therapeutic effect of rTMS new technology treatment group and control group was compared to analyze the impact of rTMS new technology promotion and application on the rehabilitation effect of motor dysfunction in the Yangtze River Delta region.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①合并其他中枢神经系统疾病；
②有明显的意识障碍、精神异常者；
③有幽闭恐惧症者；
④体内安装有心脏起搏器；
⑤不能配合者；
⑥妊娠期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other central nervous system diseases;
2. Persons with obvious disturbance of consciousness or mental disorder;
3. People who are claustrophobic;
4. The body is installed with a pacemaker;
5. Who cannot cooperate;
6. Women in pregnancy.
