Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of electroacupuncture intervention on the electrical activity of cerebral cortex.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.所选穴位局部皮肤感染、溃疡、瘢痕或对针刺过分敏感者；
2.严重的出血性疾病与凝血障碍疾病；
3.癫痫病史或癫痫发作史；一级亲属有癫痫病史；
4.部以上身体或头部有金属植入物（口腔科的除外）；植入心脏起搏器、除颤器、人工耳蜗、药物泵；
5.未知原因的、对药物治疗无效的复发性头痛或服用三环类抗抑郁药，精神安定药和其他降低癫痫发作阈值的药物；
6.颅骨骨折和/或严重头部损伤；头部和/或脑部手术史；
7.影响认知功能的其它疾病或病史；
8.有严重视力或听力障碍等不能配合评估者；
9.有吸烟，酗酒史者；
10.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Local skin infection, ulcer, scar or hypersensitivity to acupuncture at selected acupoints;
2. Severe hemorrhagic diseases and coagulation disorders;
3. History of epilepsy or seizure; First-degree relatives have a history of epilepsy;
4. Metal implants in the body or head above the head (except in the department of stomatology); Pacemakers, defibrillators, cochlear implants, drug pumps;
5. Unexplained, recurrent headache that is not responding to medication or taking tricyclic antidepressants, psychoactive antipsychotics, and other medications that lower the seizure threshold;
6. Skull fractures and/or severe head injuries; History of head and/or brain surgery;
7. Any other medical or medical history that affects cognitive function;
8. Persons with severe visual or hearing impairment who are unable to cooperate with the assessment;
9. With history of smoking and drinking;
10. Pregnant or lactating women.

A randomized, intra-group comparison scheme was adopted, with each subject receiving A/B/C, and the sequence of randomized balanced intervention was adopted. There was A washout period of more than 5 days between the two intervention methods.
