Evaluate the safety, short-term and long term outcome of totally laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer with transvaginal specimen extraction compared with conventional specimen extraction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 手术时存在感染或其它严重急性疾病，如6个月内发生过心肌梗塞。严重的心率失常、精神病和糖尿病等，不能完成治疗或预计生存期< 6月；
2. 此前曾因梗阻、穿孔等肿瘤急症行急诊手术；
3. 其他从登记研究中认为有充分理由是不合格的情况：如有潜在的与临床方案不符的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Concurrent with severe infection or other serious acute diseases; With other uncontrollable complications; Life expectancy< 6 months;
2. Patients who underwent emergency operations;
3. With other potential unfitting conditions which may conflict the clinical trial.
