研究目的：

本课题以功能性肠病腹泻型、便秘型患者及健康受试者为研究对象，运用经典的BOLD-fMRI技术和先进的脑连接组学分析技术，从脑功能网络整合的模式入手，深入揭示天枢穴双向调节肠功能的脑网络整合机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the acupuncture for the functional intestinal disorders in patients with diarrhea or constipation, compared to healthy subjects, using BOLD-fMRI and brain-connecting analysis techniques, to deeply reveal the brain network integration mechanism of dual-way regulation of Tianshu point from the network integration of brain function.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①意识不清、不能表达主观不适症状者及精神病患者；②进展性恶性肿瘤或其它严重消耗性疾病，易合并感染及出血者；③患有心、肝、肾、消化、造血系统疾病或其他严重疾病的患者；④孕妇及哺乳期妇女及严重痛经患者；⑤吸烟、嗜酒者及药物滥用个人史的；⑥体内有金属或义齿者。凡符合上述任何一条的患者，均予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with any of the following conditions will be excluded:
1) unconsciousness or psychopath;
2) clinical biochemical abnormalities, advanced malignant tumors or others serious wasting diseases, easy to infection or bleeding disorders;
3) suffering from any significant health problem of the heart, liver, kidney, digestion, or hematopoietic system, or other severe diseases;
4) pregnant women or women in lactation and severe menstrual cramps;
5) having a history of substance abuse, alcoholism or smoker;
6) having false tooth or metal in the body.
