研究目的：

1. 主要研究目的 (1) 研究数字化技术辅助口内入路下颌骨精确微创重建的技术创新、手术流程，以及相应的适应症选择； (2) 研究同传统开放式手术相比，数字化技术辅助口内入路下颌骨精确微创重建对患者术区瘢痕、术中并发症、疾病预后及身心健康的影响； 2. 次要研究目的和探索性研究目的 (1) 研究内镜技术在口内入路颌骨重建中的应用； (2) 开发适用于口内入路颌骨重建的手术器械以及数字化导板的创新性设计理念。

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary research purpose (1) To study the technological innovation, surgical procedure and corresponding indications of digital technology assisted precise minimally invasive reconstruction of the mandible through the intraoral approach. (2) To compare the effect of digital technology-assisted minimally invasive precise reconstruction of the mandible on surgical scars, intraoperative complications, disease prognosis as well as physical and mental health of patients with traditional open surgery. 2. Secondary and exploratory research purpose (1) To study the application of endoscopy in the reconstruction of jaw bone through the intraoral approach. (2) To develop the innovative design concept of surgical instruments and digitally guided plates suitable for the reconstruction of mandible through the intraoral approach.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 严重的系统性疾病未控制者，包括心脏病、高血压、糖尿病、肝肾功能不全、中风，血管成像技术诊断的外周血管疾病，风湿免疫性疾病； 2. 局部术中病理确诊为恶性肿瘤需行颈淋巴清扫的患者； 3. 全身其他部位恶性肿瘤患者； 4. 小腿外伤或血管性疾病无法应用腓骨肌皮瓣进行修复患者； 5. 非法使用药物或慢性酗酒或每日总酒精摄入量> 50 g/d； 6. 免疫缺陷或HIV阳性； 7. 研究开始前参与任何药物试验，且未达到主要研究终点时限者； 8. 患者或其授权人不愿意签署书面知情同意书或不愿遵从研究方案； 9. 患者无法按时随访者； 10. 精神病患者或有心理障碍者； 11. 研究者认为其他不合适试验的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Uncontroled severe systemic diseases, including heart disease, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hepatic and renal insufficiency, stroke, peripheral vascular diseases diagnosed by angiography and rheumatic immune diseases; 2. Participants with local intraoperative pathological diagnosis of malignant tumor requiring cervical lymph node dissection; 3. Participants with malignant tumors in other parts of the body; 4. Participants with calf trauma or vascular disease in whom fibula musculocutaneous flap cannot be used for repair; 5. illicit drug use or chronic alcohol abuse or total daily alcohol intake of > 50 g/ day; 6. Immunodeficiency or HIV positive; 7. Those who participated in any drug trial and did not reach the time limit of the main study endpoint before the start of this study; 8. Participants or their authorizers are unwilling to sign written informed consent or to comply with the study plan; 9. Participants can't follow-up on time as required; 10. Persons with mental illness or mental disorder; 11. Other conditions considered inappropriate by the researcher.
