Objectives of Study：

To establish a new strategy to resist cell interference and enrich short DNA fragments of plasma.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）存在结直肠炎、克罗恩病等慢性炎性疾病；
（2）患有系统性红斑狼疮等免疫疾病；
（3）感染较重患者；
（4）怀孕、存在严重心、肝、肺疾病或依从性较差的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with chronic inflammatory diseases such as proctitis and Crohn's disease;
2. Patients with immune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus;
3. Patients with severe infection;
4. Pregnant patients with severe heart, liver and lung diseases or poor compliance.

采用qPCR试剂盒（TB Green Premix Ex Taq (Tli RNaseH Plus，TAKARA）对ALU115和ALU247进行定量分析。CFX-96荧光定量PCR仪(BIORAD).

Quantitative analysis of ALU115 and ALU247 was performed using a qPCR kit (TB Green Premix Ex Taq (Tli RNaseH Plus, TAKARA).The CFX-96 Quantitative Fluorescence PCR Instrument (BIORAD) was used.
