调查老年人群对流感疫苗的接种偏好，比较不同经济激励水平对老年人实际接种行为的影响及其异质性，比较不同经济激励水平的成本效益，以及对预算的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the dose-response relationship between the magnitude of the incentive and coverage rate, and the heterogeneous impacts of financial incentives on vaccination behavior, and investigate the best level of incentive through cost-effectiveness and budget impact analysis.

排除具有智力障碍、精神缺陷、语言和行动障碍的老年人。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclude the elderly with intellectual disabilities, mental disabilities, language and mobility impairments.

The researcher makes an opaque lottery box, and puts 4 colored balls labeled levels of financial incentives into it. At the survey site, the subjects randomly select colored balls as a random grouping method.
