研究目的：

通过对临床实例中变量的研究，建立一套针对缺血性脑卒中患者精准治疗算法的模型，开发出应用于缺血性脑卒中患者精准治疗方案选择平台，节约医生用药选择时间、平台直接给出精准治疗方案，最大程度上提高治疗效率、节约医疗资源。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the study of variables in clinical examples, a set of precision treatment algorithm models for patients with ischemic stroke have been established, and a platform for selection of precision treatment plans for patients with ischemic stroke has been developed, which saves doctors medication selection time and provides direct support Precise treatment plans are developed to maximize treatment efficiency and save medical resources.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、数据信息不全，经评估不能纳入统计的患者；
2、入院后声明个人信息不参与任何研究的患者；
3、在数据清洗阶段针对缺失值、异常值和离群值等进行数据清洗，排除掉极端数据进行建模计算。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients whose data is incomplete and cannot be included in the statistics after evaluation;
2. Patients who declare that their personal information is not involved in any research after admission;
3. In the data cleaning stage, data cleaning is carried out for missing value, abnormal value, outlier, etc., and extreme data is excluded for modeling and calculation.
