研究目的：

1. 采用文献研究和德尔菲法构建适合我国肥胖人群减重代谢术后运动康复方案，以期为肥胖人群减重代谢术后科学合理的运动提供指导建议。 2. 探讨基于跨理论模型的运动康复干预对减重代谢术后患者的影响及效果，为此种运动康复形式在代谢术后患者和护理人员中的应用与推广提供理论依据和实证参考。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To construct an exercise rehabilitation regimen based on literature research and Delphi method, in order to help guide scientific and reasonable exercise prescriptions for obesity patients after bariatric surgery. 2. To explore the effect of exercise rehabilitation based on the trans-theoretical model for patients undergoing bariatric surgery, in order to provide theoretical and empirical basis for the generalization and application of this kind of exercise rehabilitation form in patients and nursing staff.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①术前合并有严重并发症，活动受限，无法耐受 6分钟步行试验（6-min walk test，6MWT）；
②患者术前或术后 1、3 个月有水肿症状；
③干预期间内妊娠的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe complications, limited movement, unable to tolerate 6-minute walking test (6MWT);
2. Patients have edema before operation or 1 or 3 months after operation;
3. Patients have pregnancy during intervention.

本研究将符合纳入标准且自愿参加研究的120例肥胖患者根据入院时间的先后顺序进行编号，根据电脑产生的随机数字表 (Research Randomizer, 2008)生成的随机数字作为分组依据，将患者随机分配至实验组 （60例） 和对照组 （60例）。
