研究目的:

本研究拟通过MR成像方法,运用脑功能成像、ASL、DTI、QSM、定量MRI等MR成像技术检测T2DM患者脑细微结构及脑功能的改变,从而一定程度上指导临床诊疗。  

Objectives of Study:

This study intends to use MR imaging methods to detect the changes of brain fine structure and brain function in T2DM patients by using MR imaging techniques such as brain functional imaging, ASL, DTI, QSM and quantitative MRI, so as to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment to a certain extent.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 有酮症酸中毒、高血糖高渗综合征病史;
2. 既往有脑出血、脑梗死或其它颅内器质性病变(如肿瘤、感染、中毒、代谢性疾病)病史;
3. 神经或精神疾病、显著的痛性神经疾病;
4. 48h出现低血糖 (低于2.6mmol/L);
5. 既往心血管病史或 其它系统肿瘤病史;
6. 影响血流动力学疾病(甲亢/甲减/贫血等);
7. 体温大于37.5℃;
8. MRI扫描禁忌症或不合作者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. A history of ketoacidosis, hyperglycemia and hyperosmolar syndrome;
2. Previous history of cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, or other intracranial organic lesions (such as tumor, infection, poisoning, metabolic disease);
3. Neurological or psychiatric disorders, notably painful neurological disorders;
4. Hypoglycemia occurred at 48h (less than 2.6mmol/L);
5. Previous history of cardiovascular disease or other systemic tumors;
6. Hemodynamic diseases (hyperthyroidism/hypothyroidism/anemia, etc.);
7. Body temperature is more than 37.5 degrees C;
8. Contraindications or incompatibility with MRI scanning.
