研究目的：

本研究希望了解利那洛肽的使用能否使患者在肠道准备少摄入1L水的前提下达到满意的肠道准备效果以及减轻患者在接受肠镜检查时的不适程度。

Objectives of Study：

This study hopes to understand whether the use of linaclotide can enable patients to achieve satisfactory bowel preparation effects under the premise of less intake of 1L of water in bowel preparation and reduce the discomfort of patients during colonoscopy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重心力衰竭（纽约分级III或IV级）；
2.近期急性心肌梗塞或者不稳定性心绞痛；
3.未受控制的高血压；
4.慢性肾脏疾病；
5.疑似肠阻塞或穿孔；
6.肠切除之前；
7.胃轻瘫；
8.每天超过3次的腹泻；
9.肝硬化或者腹水：
10.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；
11.有精神疾病不能配合检查者；
12.对肠道准备药物过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe heart failure (New York Class III or IV);
2. Recent acute myocardial infarction or unstable angina;
3. Uncontrolled hypertension;
4. Chronic kidney disease;
5. Suspected bowel obstruction or perforation;
6. Before bowel resection;
7. Gastroparesis;
8. Diarrhea more than 3 times a day;
9. Cirrhosis or ascites:
10. Women during pregnancy or lactation;
11. People with mental illness who cannot cooperate with the examination;
12. Those who are allergic to intestinal preparation drugs.
