研究目的：

1、探索导航引导下的不同靶点rTMS治疗卒中后抑郁的疗效； 2、进一步探讨不同靶点的经颅磁刺激引起的脑网络变化，寻找卒中后抑郁的影像生物标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore the efficacy of different target rTMS under navigation guidance in the treatment of post-stroke depression; 2. Further explore the brain network changes caused by transcranial magnetic stimulation of different targets, and look for imaging biomarkers of post-stroke depression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)合并严重失语、构音障碍及意识障碍不能配合检查者；
(2)合并听力下降、严重认知障碍不能配合量表评估者；
(3)合并有药物/酒精滥用病史、癫痫病史、抑郁、双相情感障碍、躁狂症、创伤后应激障碍病史；
(4)合并肿瘤、其他严重的神经系统疾病、中枢神经系统症状不稳定的患者；
(5)磁共振检查禁忌症包括体内有金属异物、幽闭恐惧症等；
(6)经颅磁刺激禁忌症包括癫痫病史、脑电图有癫痫样改变者、颅内有金属异物、人工耳蜗以及其他植入体内的电子装备等；
(7)怀孕或计划怀孕的妇女；
(8)目前正在参加其他临床研究试验者；
(9)既往3个月内接受过其他无创性脑刺激治疗者如经颅磁刺激、经颅直流电刺激等；
(10)其他原因不能配合治疗或检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those with severe aphasia, dysarthria and impaired consciousness who cannot cooperate with the examination;
(2) Those with hearing loss and severe cognitive impairment who cannot cooperate with the scale assessment;
(3) History of drug/alcohol abuse, epilepsy, depression, bipolar disorder, mania, history of post-traumatic stress disorder;
(4) Patients with tumors, other serious neurological diseases, and unstable central nervous system symptoms;
(5) Contraindications to magnetic resonance examination include metal foreign bodies in the body, claustrophobia, etc.;
(6) Contraindications to transcranial magnetic stimulation include history of epilepsy, epileptiform changes in EEG, and intracranial metal foreign bodies, cochlear implants and other electronic devices implanted in the body;
(7) Women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant;
(8) Those who are currently participating in other clinical research trials;
(9) Those who have received other non-invasive brain stimulation treatments in the past 3 months, such as transcranial magnetic stimulation, transcranial direct current stimulation, etc;
(10) Those who cannot cooperate with treatment or examination for other reasons.
