研究目的：

近视性屈光不正的患者长期佩戴欠矫眼镜以及矫正视力不佳的情况十分常见，患者常常存在视疲劳症状。不同矫正状态对患者视功能以及视疲劳症状的影响尚未可知。明确不同矫正状态即最佳矫正状态与戴原镜矫正的日常矫正状态对患者视功能以及视疲劳症状的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Many myopic patients who wear under-corrected spectacles often have symptoms of asthenopia. The effect of under-corrected state on patients' visual function and symptoms of asthenopia has not been known yet.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

伴随显斜视、眼球运动障碍、眼部外伤史者、屈光介质不清者、眼底病变、中重度干眼、青光眼、圆锥角膜、活动性角膜及结膜病变等其他眼部器质性病变者，以及伴随糖尿病、全身结缔组织病及免疫系统疾病等。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with strabismus, ocular dyskinesia, ocular trauma history, unclear refractive medium, fundus lesions, moderate to severe dry eye, glaucoma, keratoconus, active cornea and conjunctival lesions and other eyes organic disease, diabetes mellitus, systemic connective tissue disease and immune system disease.
