研究目的：

（1）评价深部脑刺激对难治性精神障碍的治疗效果，为临床应用积累经验。 （2）分析深部脑刺激的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the therapeutic effect of deep brain stimulation on refractory mental disorders and accumulate experience for clinical application. 2. Analyze the mechanism of deep brain stimulation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）其他精神疾病：不能除外其他器质性或药物引起的继发性精神障碍；
（2）其他躯体疾病：尤其严重的心脑血管疾病等麻醉禁忌症，胃肠道疾病（需要服用药物治疗）以及脑器质性疾病难以排除者；
（3）有严重自杀倾向者和严重冲动倾向者；有酒或其他物质依赖或滥用证据者；
（4）治疗史：最近1个月内接受过抗生素、益生菌治疗；
（5）生育史：妊娠或哺乳期女性；
（6）在过去90天内已经参加过一项临床试验或在过去一年内参加过2项及以上临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other mental diseases: other organic or drug-induced secondary mental disorders cannot be excluded;
2. Patients with other physical diseases: especially serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other anesthesia contraindications, gastrointestinal diseases (requiring drug treatment) and brain organic diseases that are difficult to exclude;
3. People with serious suicidal tendency and impulsive tendency; people with evidence of alcohol or other substance dependence or abuse;
4. Treatment history: those who have received antibiotics and probiotics in the last month;
5. Birth history: pregnant or lactating women;
6. Subjects who have participated in one clinical trial in the past 90 days or two or more clinical trials in the past year.
