获得老人吞咽障碍相关基线数据，为开展全国多中心筛查并首次获得吞障老人发病率提供方法学基础，了解医院及养老机构来人吞咽障碍发生率  

Objectives of Study：

Obtaining baseline data on dysphagia for the elderly, providing a methodological basis for the national multi-center screening and obtaining the first incidence of dysphagia in the elderly, and understanding the incidence of dysphagia in hospitals and elderly care institutions.

排除拒绝营养治疗、神志不清、无相应家属配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclude those who refuse nutrition treatment, are unconscious, and have no corresponding family members to cooperate.
