研究目的：

探究Otago运动对认知衰弱老年人的认知功能、躯体功能、心理状况、营养状况、总体健康状况、日常生活能力是否有改善作用及其大小。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the efficiency of Otago exercise in improving cognitive function, physical function, psychological status, nutritional status, general health status and daily life ability of the elderly with cognitive frailty during the COVID-19 Pandemic in China.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①合并严重心、脑、肺疾病，如合并严重高血压、痴呆、瘫痪、严重心脏病、骨折等；
②参与其他运动干预研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering severe disease, such as paralysis, severe heart disease, fractures, etc.;
2. participating in another exercise clinical study.
