使用多模态超声多参数评估慢性肝病肝储备功能情况；比较多模态超声技术评估肝储备功能的相关性和差异性，各种技术的优缺点以及联合使用多模态超声评估肝储备功能的诊断效能。  

Objectives of Study：

Use multimodal and multiparameter ultrasound to evaluate liver function reserve of chronic liver disease; Compare the difference and consistency,advantages and disadvantages among multimodal ultrasound for liver function reserve assessment; Investigate the diagnostic efficiency of the combination of multimodal ultrasound.

金标准或参考标准（即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法，在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准）：

以吲哚菁绿清除试验作为肝储备功能的评估标准（ICGR15＜10% 良好,10%＜ICGR15≤20% 轻度受损，20%＜ICGR15≤40% 中度受损，ICGR15＞40% 重度受损）

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Indocyanine green (ICG) clearance test is the reference standard (ICGR15 < 10% good,10% < ICGR15 <= 20% mild impaired，20%< ICGR15 <= 40% moderate impaired，ICGR15 > 40% severe impaired).

指标试验（即本研究的待评估诊断试验，无论为方法、生物标志物或设备，均请列出名称）：

多模态超声的多种参数包括肝脏形态、实质回声、肝脏包膜，门静脉主干管径及流速、肝动脉管径及流速，肝脏硬度值（LSV），门静脉、肝动脉、肝实质增强超声定量参数(PV-Imax，HA-Imax，LP-Imax)。

Index test:

Multimodal ultrasound：multiparameter including liver shape, hepatic parenchymal echogenicity,liver capsule, main portal vein diameter and velocity, hepatic artery diameter and velocity, liver stiffness value, contrast enhanced ultrasound parameter of portal vein, hepatic artery, liver parenchyma (PV-Imax，HA-Imax，LP-Imax).

目标人群（可以是某种疾病患者或正常人群，详细描述其疾病特征，注意应纳入符合分布特点的全序列病例，具有良好的代表性）

肝储备功能受损（10%＜ICGR15）的慢性肝病（乙肝、丙肝、酒精肝、脂肪肝等）患者。

Chronic liver disease (Hepatitis B, C, Alcoholic,Fatty liver etc.) patients with impaired liver function reserve （10% < ICGR15).

容易混淆的疾病人群（即与目标疾病不易区分的一种或多种不同疾病，应避免采用正常人群对照的病例-对照设计）：

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表，录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对，电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止破坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

According to the original observation records of the subjects, the researchers will load the data into the case report form in a timely, complete, correct and clear manner, and use the corresponding database system for two person and two machine input. After that, the database will be compared twice, and the electronic data files will be classified and saved, and multiple backups will be saved on different disks or recording media to prevent damage.
